Processing Time All orders are processed and dispatched within 2-4 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

- Standard Shipping: Calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight.

Free Shipping: We offer FREE SHIPPING if your order meets one of the following conditions:
- Order value is over £35.
- OR you purchase 2 or more items (regardless of price).
Estimated Delivery Time We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, and select European countries. Once your order is dispatched, estimated transit times are:

- Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on local customs procedures.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to become active in the system.
Customs, Duties & Taxes Herbvivi is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer. (Note: Orders to the US and UK are typically tax-free under specific thresholds).
Shipping Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct before checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will resend a replacement free of charge. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us at service@herbvivi.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve it immediately.
