Because our products are personal care items closely related to hygiene, we do not require you to physically return the used product to us. This saves you shipping costs and reduces carbon footprint.

• If you are not 100% satisfied within 45 days of receiving your order, simply email us.
• You can keep the product (share it with a friend!) or recycle it.
• We will process a refund for the product price (excluding shipping costs) or send a free replacement, depending on your preference.

 For Damaged or Defective Products If the product arrives damaged or has a quality issue, please contact us at service@herbvivi.com within 7 days of delivery.

• Please attach clear photos or videos as proof.
• We will send a brand new replacement immediately, free of charge. No need to return the damaged item.

Refund Processing Once your refund request is approved via email, the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
